Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

• Winners must be able to provide Valid identification (such as a South African ID, foreign passport, or an equivalent official document) in order to claim their prize.
• Proof of age will be required to claim the prize.
• Employees of Equator Breweries, its distributors, partners, advertising agencies, and immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) are not eligible to enter.

2. Responsible Consumption

• This competition strictly adheres to the regulations governing the sale and promotion of alcohol in South Africa.
• No under-18 participation will be permitted under any circumstances.
• Entrants are reminded to enjoy Estrella products responsibly and in moderation.

3. Competition Period

• The competition runs until 25 November 2025.
• Entries received after the closing date will not be valid.
• The winner will be announced on or before 27 November 2025.

4. How to Enter

• To enter, participants must:
  1. Purchase a Six-Pack of any Estrella product from a participating retailer.
  2. Complete the entry form on the official competition page.
  3. Upload a clear copy of the till slip as proof of purchase.
• Each valid till slip counts as one entry. Multiple entries are permitted if accompanied by unique till slips.

5. Prize

• The prize consists of 4 x tickets to the King of the Whip event at Montecasino, Johannesburg, on 29 November 2025, valued at R1,800 in total.
• The prize is non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and is valid only for the specified event date.
• Transport, accommodation, and any additional expenses are not included in the prize.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

• Winners will be selected via a random draw from all valid entries.
• The winner will be contacted via the details provided on the entry form.
• If the winner cannot be reached within 48 hours, the prize will be forfeited, and another winner may be selected.
• Proof of identity and proof of age (18+) will be required when claiming the prize.

7. Publicity

• By entering, participants consent to Estrella and its partners using their name, likeness, and photographs for promotional and marketing purposes, without further compensation.

8. General

• Estrella reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the competition and its rules at any stage, if deemed necessary, without prior notice.
• Participation in the competition constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
• Estrella, its partners, and affiliates accept no responsibility for:
  • late or lost entries,
  • technical failures,
  • incorrect details submitted by entrants, or
  • any damages, losses, or injuries incurred in connection with participation or the prize.
• This promotion is governed by the laws of South Africa, and all entrants agree to comply with applicable alcohol advertising and consumption regulations.
